Proportions
Every part in balance with the whole. Shoulders wide against the waist, arms matched to calves, nothing oversized, nothing left behind.
Bodybuilding before it chased size. The Club teaches the golden-era look — proportions, symmetry, and a small waist — through one training system, one kitchen standard, and the guides that carry them.

The classic physique isn't the biggest physique — it's the one built to a standard. Three measures decide it, and everything the Club teaches serves them.
Every part in balance with the whole. Shoulders wide against the waist, arms matched to calves, nothing oversized, nothing left behind.
Left matched to right, top matched to bottom. The era's greats trained the mirror as honestly as the stage — flaws corrected, not hidden.
The small waist, the flowing line, posing as art. A classic physique is judged the way sculpture is — by how it looks standing still.
The Classical Split is built on the blueprint Frank Zane made famous — the three-way split, the vacuum, shape over mass — in the lineage of Steve Reeves and the golden era, adapted by the Club where its standard calls for it.
Classic Physique Club is an independent education brand. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Frank Zane or any estate — the lineage is credited because credit is due.
Three workouts on rotation, rest as needed between them. The slots never change — that's the discipline. The tools rotate through them — barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines — so no two weeks feel the same.
7 movements · Shoulders inside
6 movements · Calves twice
8 movements · Trained fresh
Two working sets per movement — 12 reps, then 10. Moderate weight, strict form, load added slowly over months. Torso opens with an upper-body warmup; every workout closes with two ab movements — hanging leg raises and incline sit-ups — plus 15–20 minutes of steady cardio.
The waist is half the look. The era's eating rules are simple on purpose — general principles the Club teaches and both guides carry. It worked then; it works now.
The site holds the system; the channel teaches it in public. Follow @classicphysiqueclub and the week runs like this:
Monday
The Classical Split, workout by workout — Torso, Legs, and Arms in rotation, exercise by exercise.
Wednesday
One nutrition principle per post, era-flavored — protein, plates, and the rules behind the waist.
Friday
One exercise, one cue, on film — the technique details that separate shape from strain.
Sunday
The legends, posing study, and the philosophy of the golden era — why the look still matters.

A full gym. The split deliberately rotates barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines through fixed slots — that mix is the key to the system, and the Complete Program lists the swaps for every slot.
